Got the Chinese version of this machine so I could put 8” discs on it. Spins faster than stated so keep an eye on what your doing. Set up water feed on gravity. I haven’t had an issue one with the machine after thousands of projects with various materials. it can chew through material very quickly so you really need to keep a bit more water on it than the usual laps.

I purchased this model because all reviews said it was great for beginners. I am very disappointed that there are minimal assembly instructions and the on line video provided actually has pieces pre-assembled and does not show a step-by-step assembly method. We are struggling through using other artists YouTube videos. Caution to anyone who has never used one of these machines - buy another brand that provides step-by-step instructions and is more understanding of a beginner.

Only wish it came with an adapter for cutting the gems table. If you can afford a machine with the water attachment get it. If not you can use a squeeze bottle to keep water flowing to keep the gems from cracking.

A solid machine. Terrific for the price. 6 inch plates are easily available here on Amazon.

Works as expected. I have not tried the facet feature, didn't buy for that reason. Discs easy to replace, very smooth operation.

Nice machine. Solidly built and heavy which is nice. I was kind of leery at first it would be thin and cheap. But definitely not the case. This thing is heavy and solid. JLS
