Nice seat, installed it on a Japanese mini-tractor, I like the fold down and adjustable back rest. Overall quality seems very good and at a very reasonable price.

Used this seat to replace a very worn seat on my Ariens GT18 Garden Tractor. I had to drill new holes to mount it and some spacers under the slide to elevate it above bolts holding gas tank cover to frame, but it worked out nicely. The tilt function of back is rather stiff the first few times I adjusted, but works okay now.
