Tried running machine once received and machine would not freeze after running for 2 hours. Only solution provided from technical support (via email) was for me to find a technician to repair either the Fluorine leak or replace the motor (they said they would provide for free) or to get a quote and they would reimburse a reasonable amount. Not sure why they would think it is ok for the customer to purchase a supposedly new item just to have to make repairs to it. A replacement machine or refund would have been feasible. I will not order this product again.

It’s definitely easy to understand the instructions, and the use is pretty straight forward. It’s kind of cool though that you can choose different settings to make other levels of coldness to your drink

This is the best thing we ever bought for our home bar. Its a hit with Birthday partys. Or any event we have. It even makes Ice cream. You can pure Captain and Coke or your choice of drink.

My husband got this as a Christmas gift, it’s big but that’s what we were looking for it’s perfect easy to clean, so if you are looking to get one look no further you find the one!!

We bought it for residential use. The unit was very easy to set up and tear down to clean. Overall, I would buy again.

The first time we used it, it took 4 hours before it got slushee. You have to make sure the mix to water ratio is correct or it won’t work. We learned trial by error. So now we know, and now after the first use it takes 20 min to have slushees. We love it

I would recommend buying this. It great for weekends parties. My family loves when I say I’m going to make slushy this coming weekend and they all come over to drink a few. I love to sit in my Hot tub and drink a wine slushy. My friends come over too!

I’ve had a few weeks. Packaging was excellent. Setup easy, makes slushees great.
