It could use better instructions for programming..

Really like the product, however there was a defect when we got it. The company was not easy to work with, and would have made us pay for the shipping to return or have us take it in to a store to get fixed and then hopefully reimbursed. My husband was able to fix the defect and we love the product. However, I do not believe we should have to fix a brand new item.

I've gotten this LED display for indoor use. It's pretty light and the construction of the box itself feels pretty sturdy. Hanging it up was fairly easy, the chain is provided. Only downside in design is a very short power chord. If you going to hang this up, expect that you'll need an extension chord.The display itself is bright and can work with some basic graphics and text. Mobile sofrware provides plenty of options for customization and is fairly easy to use. Can program multiple messages, add effects, setup timers, and so on.Now the bad part is, I never got the PC software to work, the instructions included with the display are less than ideal and I could only make out parts of it. I've contacted their customer support, who provided a few basic troubleshooting tips and then stopped responding. I've been only able to use the LED display with the mobile software which does lack some functions.So while the display itself is very decent, if something goes wrong and you need tech support, you might be out of luck.

I love the app that helps you control and change the wording on the sign. We got a great colorful sign and to be able to control the brightness is a great value for the money. Beautiful, bright, ease of use. I will not hesitate to order again from this vendor.

It's so Bright and the Features on the Phone App is very easy to use to put what ever you like written on it.
