Approx how long will the 2000w inverter keep my sump pump running? When in use, it doesn't run continuously, it runs 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

The service life of the sewage pump is actually not related to the inverter. The main influencing factors are the battery capacity and the load of your sewage pump. For example: 100AH ​​12V = 1200W, if your load is 500W, the pump life is 1200/500 = 2.4 hours.

Works as expected. It takes much of the worry out of having a wet basement.
My previous system had a 120 volt main sump pump, and a 12 volt back-up pump in case of a power outage. With this inverter system the same pump is used, and powered by the inverter boosting 12 volts to 120 during an outage. It also keeps the battery charged and automatically switches over when necessary ( in 10 ms! ). There is an LCD screen that displays the system parameters, and an alarm sounds if a problem is detected. With regular maintenance, I feel I am well protected from the nightmare that is a flooded basement. A shout out to the vendor - After I received the 2000w unit I decided that I should also include the freezer in the loop, and the 2500w unit would be better suited. I ordered the 2500w, and they took the 2000w back - no questions asked.

Unit works great. It's keeping two 110AH deep cycle batteries charged up. Have both my primary and backup pumps powered by it. It can run them both if needed. It recently handled a big rainstorm with a ton of water coming into this sump.

Reliable Backup for Sump Pumps
Bought two of these and 2 batteries as well. Installed and tested them this weekend and they work perfectly. I no longer have to worry about my basement sump pumps not working in a power outage/storm. Such a relief to know I won't ever have to hand bail sump pumps in the dark in the middle of the night.

Simple and Clear Backup System
I purchased it to replace a different style sump back-up that included a 12V back-up pump. I chose the inverter and 12V back-up battery as in my opinion it is a simpler and clearer arrangement, eliminating the need for a secondary pump. My needs for a back-up pump due to a power outage are few and far between, however having it provides peace of mind. The set-up was simple and easy to install, I'm very happy with the overall arrangement I ended up with.  Everything assembled as described and worked as expected. Only time will prove the reliability and longevity of this product, my initial observations it appears that the equipment is well made. My hope is that it is never needed but it's nice to know I have it if needed.

I have a 1/2 hp well pump serving as my dump pump. Originally, I bought the 2000 watt inv/charge. Didn't work. Too many apps to start motor. So, i use that on my deep freezer and bought the 2500 watt model. Works awesome. Now i can leave home without any concern for power failure resulting in flood our lost food. Thinking of buying another for my refrigerator.
