All products on our official website come with a 12-month warranty. If you purchase a product that has a problem within one year, we will be responsible for you. For the inlet and outlet sizes, we use 50mm and 48.3mm universal joints. The breaker size can be 25A. The freon type is R410A.

It states that this heater has a “smart” programmable control, it does not have WiFi capability so how exactly is it “smart”? It says it supports RS485 connection to control center. Where are the instruction on how to connect and use this RS485 connection? Thank you

The existing product does not have RS485 function, no port. It is not equipped with WIFI module and has no wifi function.

This unit is 19amp max breaker 25a so i need 12/2 wire to the unit
