Press looks robust and capable of doing the jobs I need it for but it didn’t come with the press plate for bending as shown in the description. However the main complaint is the hydraulic hand pump started leaking from the first job I used it for which is very poor. The customer service after market team was not easy to reach but eventually after a few tic tac emails ,they sent me some replacement seals which I have to strip the pump down and fit. Again I think this is very poor for a brand new press that I have to fix something that should be under warranty and a replacement pump should have been sent to me not a repair kit of parts.
