Can it cut both sheets and rolls of vinyl? Unless I missed it, I don't see any dimensions either it takes. I am looking to cut high temp vinyl sheets and rolls. Thanks

The KI-720S says that it has the ARM motherboard, but it doesn't have an optical sensor to use ARM. Why?
