Are we able turn water off and on via phone ap -Does this device have the ability to control water pressure? -Can this be powered by 110 plugin -Does this device do everything that the Moen flow smart water meter does?

It can open and close the valve through the mobile phone APP, and does not have a water pressure test function. It is different from the water meter.

I need to download the installation guide and manual.. Where can I find it? Also, my meter is 500 feet from my house. Will I be able to connect to my wireless 2400gig network from that far?
