Every Thanksgiving is the time when kitchen drain slows down and clogs. I rent for HD and snake my self. Was tire of picking it up and dropping back off. So I got this. Quality is no rigid, but faily decent. Look forward to using it. Attachment looks ok, pipe scraper is a bit awkward. Will have see how that holds up. Lighter that rigid. The handle is simple to fold up and down. Have not use yet but I will the moment I see a slow drain. Overall fair price, looks like it will do the job. Test run seem good, motor looks solid. Nonetheless, good to have and save a ton, from plumbers fee and HD rentals. Oh and the gloves that came with it, throw it away.

Worked great! The price was also less then having a plumber come over and clean it even once. I've got no experience plumbing or running a drain snake, but it took about 10 minutes to figure everything out and get it running smoothly. It's very beginner friendly.

Heavy Duty. Did the job.
The unit is heavy duty and heavy in general. Take note that these things can be dangerous. It would seem to be self-explanatory, simple process, and for the most part it is, but it is worth the time to watch a couple videos. I did get a bind in the cable one time and had to pull the tangle out of the cutouts in front of the drum. The edge guards of these openings lasted minutes at that point; wish those were adhered better. All said, I am very happy with the purchase.

I have been on the search of a auto feeding 100ft snake drain for about 2 years. I would always have to rent from home depot and the snake would 8/10 break due to improper care or use. Once I found this snake by vevor I bought it in a heart beat. This snake has already paid its self 2 time over. The auto feeder is quick and hassle free. The line can tangle is not managed properly but that is user error. This snake is in my opinion better than the name brand ones solely on the price.

This is my second review. I still really like this machine because it really does the job. There was a real problem with the Auger right out of the box. We used it to clear a 80 ft line and it keep wanting to loop in the drum? This is not a normal normal thing with these kinds of Augers. We finally stopped the job and located the problem! The person that installed the cable had it going the wrong way! If the drum spins clockwise, then the cable must wind counter clockwise. To fix the problem you must pull all the cable, unbolt the cable from the drum, and work the cable so it points in the correct direction. In this case counter clockwise. It would have been much easer if the Vevor had had a \"pig tail\" at the end of the cable.
