This was easy to assemble and of high quality. It was well packed. All the boards were straight. I was able to assemble it on my own even though the instructions suggest two people. I recommend pre-drilling into the louver ends using a 7/64" drill bit. Pre-drilling will help ensure board ends won't split. Be sure not to over tighten screws & don't bury the head of the screw below the surface of the wood to help prevent splitting.

The liner is great. However it came without the gaskets. Disappointed by that.Numerous reviews showed that you had issues fulfilling this promise.

Putting this thing together was... a bit of a journey. The assembly took some trial and error (and more time than I expected) to get everything aligned and secured. That said, once it was all assembled, I was genuinely impressed with the final result. It's made entirely of solid wood, which gives it a really nice, sturdy feel and a polished look that's way better than a lot of flimsy alternatives out there. Just a heads-up: if you're planning on using this outdoors, it's absolutely going to need some kind of sealant or protective finish -- this wood will not survive the elements on its own. But once treated, I can see it holding up really nicely as a privacy fence.

We installed these and they seemed flimsy if you shake them but we had Hurricane Helene eye hit ten miles from our house for 10 hours. They never budged and I mean zero. Picture is winter after.
