Great product and well built. It makes great cotton candy. Make sure you let both eat up per instructions, if not you’ll waste sugar. When it’s not hot enough, the sugar granules will be thrown out unmelted, making chunks in your cotton. For the most part cleaning is straight forward. Reason for four stars; to clean the heat plate and cover you have to unscrew the cover plate to clean out the sugar. And you can only wipe off the heat plate as it has electrical wires running to it. There should be a way to use a compression lock for the plate so you can easily clean up mad put it away. And the heat setting could use more range, because I can only get the sugar to melt all the way turned up. Makes having a heat setting dial useless in my opinion.

We bought this cotton candy machine a year ago or so maybe a little longer it is held up fantastic we’ve done a few parties, graduation parties, family reunion so so worth and it seems to have held up good I think it lacks a little bit of finesse on your voltage or heat, it could be a little bit better displayed or a few more options but other than that, it’s a great machine seems fairly easy to clean really good price for what it is and it’s plenty big enough to do a party or small family get together

I am so please with the quality, size, and ability to make cotton candy easily for a large party. Very easy to clean. Unclip the cylinder, hot water and soap does the job. Highly recommended.

This was so easy to use! I had meant to practice with it before using it for the first time at my daughter's birthday party, but didn't get a chance to. It was super easy to use, just need to get the hang of it to catch the cotton candy and turn quickly, but it's not hard. The cotton candy was a hit! So glad I can have this at parties!

Great Machine for birthdays and large gatherings. I have some carbon build up inside and simply cleaning with is not getting the job done. I am not sure the the voltage indicator helps control the the temperature, it would have been nice to see actual temperature on the display along with voltage control. Lid and the steel bowl is well built but the actual machine feels a bit cheap. Overall it does the job and happy with it.

Great machine . I ordered one from Amazon first and it only lasted a month so I sent it back to Amazon got my money back and ordered this one . It’s been great and we have used it for several events and gonna purchase a couple more for our small business. Soon .
