The hoist will not be installed until spring when an engineered beam will be in place. It arrived well packaged and in good condition. When tested without load it operated as it should.

So far so good. It's fast and strong. It appears to have 10k chain and 20k hooks. I didn't want a remote control on mine so I hung a chord to a control. My review doesn't include remote performance.

This is an excellent hoist that was delivered quickly and perfectly packaged. The only change I would make is a heavier fall block, but pulling it down is a minor inconvenience. well balanced hanging, empty or loaded. Smooth control. Vevor has never disappointed.
