I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine.
This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try.
I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.
