And I tried to address some people’s complaints, somehow Amazon shuffle my review to the last page. Wish you guys would sell the bracket - I have multiple trailers, just need one jack, can use more brackets. Best gift/tool/investment to myself, adding installation notes. See picture.Two of the reviews said broke, here’s my installation notes - what differentiated me as happy customer.Please look at the picture before attaching the jack onto the trailer:It has a ring around that matches the gap on the bracket.I did adjust to make sure the ring sits snuggly in it tight.Actually the cylinder is tight enough without the ring in the gap.Both of the failure pictures showed the cylinder were tilted - if they were installed correctly, there’s no room for it to wiggle!Last picture shows how snuggle it is.I’m putting it on the old jack’s bracket - tight snuggle.If you drill holes for the screws provided, make sure don’t drill too big a hole.Keep it tight/precise. Space/free play does break fast in heavy loads!

This trailer dolly is the best investment, gift & tool to myself. It has to be installed correctly. First picture shows the bracket has a tranche to hold the extra ring around the cylinder, this will help both sides to snuggle. Second picture shows the completion: snuggle tight. It used to cause my body aches for two days after squeezing my Jetski trailer throght the tight boat door(with 1/16 inches of room) Now I just steer it. Nice & easy. The ring doesn’t have to be in the tranche, above or under would do.

Moving a 750 lb Camping trailer out of my back yard. Works fine. Even on grass it moved the trailer with an occasional manual pull or push to keep it going. Only dissatisfaction is the tugger's bracket. It installed fine. The problem is either the clamp is mis-shaped or they included a bolt that is way too short. Supplied bolt is M12-1.75 x 45mm. Should be 60mm long. I can barely get one or two threads to grab on the threads. Not safe or reliable. I bought a 60mm bolt to replace it. If I had a way to bend the heavy bracket where it clamps the shaft of the tugger I would have done that.

Excellent product, but not using it to move trailer. I have it installed on my 800 lb. Tool box, it works perfectly

First application, installed as per instructions, didn’t move trailer, battery wasn’t fully charged, trailer tongue weight under 200 pounds, will charge battery and try again

This works really nice on hard ground. Not so much in gravel or frags covered gravel

Got this price great the bracket that holds it to trailer didn't work well but they credited me price for a different one that worked so been moving my pontoon around in tight areas that can't get in with truck so I am happy with it

We needed to rotate a 21 foot travel trailer in a tight space. This product was easily installed and ran off of the battery in the trailer. That was a bonus. Our driveway has a slight slope to it, the traction wheel had difficulty going up-grade over the transition between slabs. A little push solved that. The trailer was moved in about 10 minutes. This is not fast but it did 100% of what it's supposed to do. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is the mounting bracket flexes a hella lot. I mounted it correctly before you're all like "this guy doesn't know crap about" Nah, mounted correctly. Did layout work, drilled and deburred the holes, dry fit and then torqued everything. It's still sketchy....but it did it without failing. So, mission success! Thank you!
