I like it it works well
My wife has a KitchenAid and I like to make dough. The problem is making dough on a mixer seems like it's kind of hard on it, so I got this one for me. It is very sturdy it's a good bang for the buck and it seems to work good. What's nice about it is I'm making my dough and kneeding it for about 20 minutes, and the thing has a built-in timer and a digital readout. It has a lot of plastic on it but it seems to be as heavy as the KitchenAid. The bonus is you get a meat grinder and a blender. You can't go wrong with that so far so good. If I have a problem I'll update this review.

Great machine! Dough hook works well for bread dough.
I've only used it with the hook to need bread dough so far, a single and a double batch. The motor doesn't strain at all. Don't pick this thing up by the head because the latch that holds it down will not hold the weight of the base.There is an unnecessary high pitch beep to alert you when it turns off. It's obvious when the motor stops. I think VEVOR puts this annoying beep in all of their kitchen products. The bottom rim of the bowl keeps it from spinning but could use a weep hole to drain water after cleaning. The body is all plastic, but that is all that is necessary at this point. VEVOR doesn't sell spare or replacement parts. This is an opportunity for some after market parts manufacturer to step in to make some money. Over all for the money this beats all the big name-brand mixers. I don't understand why VEVOR hasn't become a famous name brand in its own rite.

Heavy, HEAVY duty!
I bought this for my elderly mother when her old stand mixer went out. She can't make a heavier pound or bundt cake any more with a hand mixer alone (and I don't want to think of a world without her homemade cakes). I was looking for value and mixing bowl size so this was a no-brainer. Turns out, it's almost as big and heavy as my mom. She lives alone and, once this thing is in a location on her counter, that's where it stays until she can get someone to move it. She loves it and gushes about it's capabilities, even uses it often, but it's a monster. So, great mixer, heavy duty, sturdy, large-capacity, restraunt quality, too big for little old ladies and small kitchens.
