Water Spindle Motor

Our spindle motor adopts advanced dynamic balance technology: ER20 collet can achieve low noise, low friction, and long service life. Its four bearings, copper rotor, durable surface, and water circulation heat dissipation significantly improve efficiency, making it an ideal tool for engraving machines.

Variable-frequency Drive

The variable frequency drive has full-featured buttons and a detachable panel for quick operation and remote control. Reasonable layout and intuitive digital display increase the convenience of daily use for constant torque loads and variable torque loads.

Submersible Water Pump

The pump features a high lift (3.5 m / 11.5ft), a significant flow rate, and sound insulation. It should be completely immersed in water during operation. We also provide water pipes to connect the water pump and the spindle motor easily.

Spindle Clamp Mount

The clamp with the finished surface is made of aluminum material, which is lightweight enough for you to install, disassemble, and use easily. After the fixing frame is aligned, you only need to turn the screws to the four corresponding holes to complete the installation.

The mounting bracket that was included required a lot of filing to clean off excess aluminum that "rolled" into the mounting and contact surfaces. If this is were not done, then the spindle would not slip in and the "burrs" would scratch the body significantly. These burrs also would have prevented a square contact against the mounting adapter that I made for my stage.Another minor issue is there is only about 2 meters of tubing for the pump. Be prepared to buy more if you need it. Along with that, one of the barbs on the brass fitting for the hose was not finished - one of the barbs was not angled in and I had to turn it down on my lathe before I could install the coolant hose.Other than these minor issues, it seems like an excellent spindle so far. I have run it for about 20 hours now with no issues.Do your research and be sure you are comfortable with setting up the spindle controllers' soft setting.My one wish is that instead of so many metric ER-20 collets that I will probably never use is to ship instead, 3-4 common imperial sizes and a collet and a spindle wrench.

The only thing that needs to improve is the user manual for the vfd unit in terms of its sometimes unclear in the settings sections. For example the manual different terms or values are used for same value in different aces without usable explanation. Thus I have to try a selection and see if it applicable. This is a time killer for me. It also is not clear on differentiating spindle voltage for specific setting value.Other wise, the included kit of the 2.2k 210volt ER20 ,spindle water pump, spindle mount and collet set are good quality.

Seems like a terrific replacement for my Bosch router I use for my CNC. Much more power, quieter and better speeds( can go much lower) only time will tell how it holds up.
