I own an ice cream truck and before now this was the only machine that I had. It works amazing! it keeps up with demand, the only time that I slightly had a problem was when it was high humidity and the heat index was over 90. The machine was struggling to keep cool and to free the product. But, to me that is expected because the weather was brutal that day! I do not use the keep fresh function because I would rather just clean and sanitize the machine after every use, so I have never used that. This machine is going strong into my 3rd season using it. I did order a slightly smaller virgin of this machine just to have it on the truck as a backup. and I did not receive that machine yet buy I do expect the same great results. 10/10

We bought this for the breakroom in our facility. Comparable Taylor was $12k so even if we have to replace this every couple years we're still money ahead. Works pretty well. If the mix gets a little thick the belt will start squeaking, but just had to tighten them up. Was easy to get running right out of the box. Keeps the mix cold enough where we don't ever really see any extra soft ice cream, but we're not dishing out more than maybe 10 small cups at a time.
Bottom line, pretty decent machine at a great price. I would buy this again for our purpose.

The machine is generally very nice, it makes ice cream relatively quickly, but: it came with a defect that it never rests, I had to open it to adjust the belts and we realized that the sensor that indicates to the machine that the ice cream is ready and tells it to rest never works, therefore the machine is always running and at some point it gives error 88.

Other than the control panel, what is the difference between BQL-9200ST and BQL-9200STA? How many amps does it draw? Is a dedicated 20 or 30 amp circuit recommended or will it run off a 15 amp circuit?
