I fixed up an indoor sauna that was not insulated.
I installed foam insulation around the entire exterior then installed new VPlank over it like new.
The existing heaters were meant to work on 110 and the ceramic heaters that came with it were slow to heat up so I disconnected them.
I ran 220 from a nearby breaker panel and installed this NEW Vevor sauna heater so easily and also installed the rocks on top of the electric coils which transfers the heat.
It heated up VERY FAST since my sauna was less than 100 cu ft.
What an AMAZING heater it is.
Best move I ever made was buying this Vevor heater for less than $200.

It did arrive with a dent in the outer cabinet, which is flimsy. I was able to retrofit it, to the older cabinet which was much more sturdy with just a few self taping screws. Works great, love it!
I ordered sauna stones with the the heater, and yes, it gets my sauna really hot. I love it. I've seen expensive heaters, and thought that a cheap one might not get the job done. So far, so good. Make sure you put rocks all the way down the heater to get max heat, that way when you shut off the heater, you can still get heat for quite a while due to the hot rocks.
We installed the sauna at a club house in a commercial environment. It was easy to installed and it works great. The price was excellent. Hopefully it will last. Time will tell.
Had an issue with shipping and a part was damaged slightly. Customer service through the contact seller on Amazon worked excellent. They were quick to respond and reasonable. The hookup of the actual sauna and controls were way more confusing than it needed to be. If doing it solo note only wire size listed is 8/2/with ground. That is what they suggest for the feed. Not all the control to heater connections those should be done in 10 gauge single strand through 2 flex conduits going from the back of the controls to the heater. It will take 5 power legs and a ground to make the controller to heater operate. The controller itself is bulky and very old fashioned. Reminds me of early 90's style. The heater itself is nicely built. Works quickly and gets hot. So a few drawbacks but for the price comparison it's any excellent value
