Pins need more taper foe easier insertion.
Knobs are somewhat sharp, making tightning
Uncomfortable. Rounding the edges would be an improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rack.
This rack was just what I needed for my new e-bike. I’ve only had the rack a short time, but the quality appears high. One thing there are several confusing assembly steps that can be done wrong.
If you have a full suspension or step through bike you will also need a tension bar.
The rubber connectors in my picture are the finicky bits on this rack: it's just hard to make them lock onto the frame's top tube. Other than that the rack is pretty solid and works well. It's basic and functional as long as you have a 2\" hitch.
