Sturdy railing and easy to install. Easier that having to piece together at a local store. Recommend. TVE

For the price, it was great! It came a little scratched and had some rust on it but again, for the price, it was great. The hardware is a little bulky looking, bit since I need to paint it again to cover the scratches and rust color, I will paint the silver crews and bolts. Once fixed to the ground, its very sturdy and feels solid. Perfect for our front porch.

The finish was good. Not as nice as powder coating, but good and clean. Railing is only adjustable with the use of washers to raise either the upper or lower portions. I had to use additional washers to raise the upper section. This was mounted on wood stairs leading from a garage into a kitchen. Not all stairs will be built exactly the same. This is for my parents who need a little support when entering the house. I did not choose the railings that were open between the two support posts because I didn't want the great-grand kids hanging on the railing. I had to buy lock nuts and additional washers in order to install. The hardware provided is for installing in stone or concrete.

Gloss finish is nice. Fit well and had everything I needed to install it. (Except for my hammer drill)

I ordered this stair railing hoping it would fit nicely on my garage door steps. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered to my front door less than a week later. It looked so good that I took it to my front porch to see how it would look there, and it was a perfect fit. My wife loved it! I was able to install it without a bit of trouble and it provides strong and stable support for us when we come and go through the garage. It looked so good we ordered two more to go on the front steps of our home. Cannot wait to install it and will send pictures of it once it's installed. Great company and a superb product. I plan to order at least one more stair railing for a one or two step side entrance to my home, if they have one.

The shipping was fast. Very impressed. Then I opened the box. The small parts bag was ripped in multiple places, and the small parts were all over the inside of the box, and inside some of the Handrail parts. The other small plastic bag was also crushed, so some of the metal pieces were bent. Corrected in my shop with multiple tools. The directions were crumpled and used as packing. The thin paper was ripped, and pieces were missing. Not sure is this is a standard affair or just a one off with careless packing. The directions are pictures only with no dimensions. I measured the diameter of the concrete fasteners, which was 1/2 inch. So I drilled 1/2 inch holes into my brick porch. I should have drilled one or two sizes smaller because the drilled holes were too large for the fasteners to expand and tighten. Ended up putting a few wraps of good old fashion duct tape on the fasteners. Issue solved. The actual installation went well. Handrail was anchored firmly. Thats when I noticed a large chip out of the top railing. Used some touch-up paint. I was very disappointed in the fact the there is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. No phone, no email. You are on your own. For the price one would think you would have a way to contact customer service. So much for the name "Happybuy" but maybe this is meant for the ones who have my money!! :-) My wife is happy with the outcome, so in the end I am happy.

Very satisfied. I have had many friends comment how nice it looks and ask where I got my stair rail..

Waiting for resolution on a top handrail that is too short and restricts movement required for a flush mounting on the steps.
