Arrived damaged
Nice railings. Unfortunately, all 3 sets arrived with with damaged flange covers. These were poorly packed.. You could see how the covers were resting on the railings throughout the shipping process and all 6 of those flange covers were dented. Otherwise a very nice product that worked well

The rails are really good. Th only problem with them is the caps that cover the screws get banged up and you have to try and straighten them. Not worth it to send them back.

Damaged front the start
When my handrail arrive everything in the box was packaged and wrapped well. However when I removed the screw plates they were bent and damaged bad. I was later refunded. Other than the damage the product is well made and helpful.

3-5 step wrought iron handrail
So far so good. The product is easy to install and looks great. I plan to buy more. In my case, 8 concrete sleeve anchors were missing from one of the boxes but I am relying on Vevo to send me replacements quickly so that I can finish the job.

These are a great and inexpensive way to add a measure of safety to the steps at your home. In many cases homeowners insurance will require them. The only mark against these are the included anchor bolts. They are not the greatest but can work.

VEVOR hand rail
First handrail received was damaged in shipment. It was difficult and time-consuming to finally, successfully, receive the damaged parts. The handrail is now installed and is fine.
