I like that the hardware came with the product sometimes you don't get that I was great not having to go to the store to get the hardware to install

Product arrived quickly, excellent quality, and does the job!

I haven't put it up yet but it is very strong and should be perfect for my short stairway.

Our front door entry step is a bit steep, I've noticed some people struggle taking that step up. I had been wanting a hand rail of some sort and noticed some neighbors have the silver "grab bar" style - looks so orthopedic! I found this and couldn't be happier. Not only is the quality great but it's so nice looking. The only thing is the screws are silver so I'll have to paint them black. But, it's such an attractive, functional addition to our home that it's worth every effort & penny!

The rails were very helpful in getting up and down the steps.i had open heart surgery and lost my ability to walk but finally partly recovered. The rails were a great help in gaining my ability to go up and down the steps with out any assistance.

Although this is a good quality item, the upper attachment is on the underside and not as pictured, making installation difficult due to tight spot of bolt.

I really love this handrail. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the hardware it came with. There were really no instructions for installing it. I ended up getting the lag screws like all the reviews say to do. After that it was easy!
