Decent!
I thought the jug would be hard to pour from but it's not. I hadn't tested the water but it seems like it's doing its job. I only use it once a day and it's been about 6 months and still going good. So far I hadn't shattered the pitcher lol. The rubber on the bottom definitely helps as I have granite counter tops and I'm not a very gentle lady lol.

Great WATER Distiller!
Pro: Compact and easy to set up and use.Con: Water started leaking onto the counter.Took it apart, found a SMALL SPLIT in the crease/rounded edge of the pot.Must be a weak flaw in the steel and gave way when the metal was being pressed into shape. This was mentioned in the reviews by others. I will contact the manufacturer as the reviews said it was promptly replaced.I am extremely happy with this WATER DISTILLER, until the leak.

Distiller good
Works faster than last one. Lid difficult to remove, handle helps. Main complaint was catch container. No instructions for assembly. Had to put handle on twice, second time had to put upside down as rightside up was too difficult to use. Does not look like photograph. Very thin glass. The bumper on the bottom constantly falls off. Not well done. Glad I kept the glass container from my last distiller.Vendor contacted me and gave me 30% off to make right. Really appreciate their service.

Stainless is the way to go
I’ve only had this distiller for 3 weeks, but so far it has really been working great. It’s very easy to use. I was concerned at first about having medical grade distilled water, but after noticing how the process works I am no longer concerned. You need to change the charcoal filters about @ 30 batches. I rinse with a little vinegar and a sponge after about, and then will do a deep clean when it I change filters, but that’s because I am using this as medical grade and not only for CPAP and Humidifiers.

Ease of use
I haven't used this product long enough to give it 5 stars but it does everything as advertised. I've distilled about 36 gallons of water so far. I read a few complaints regarding other brands that those units would not shut themselves off until they "cooked" themselves dry, leaving a hard scale on the bottom. This unit shuts off perfectly with about 1/8" of water still remaining allowing you to discard the mineral deposits. I fill it with hot water so it distills a gallon in about 3 hours. Works great

Great distiller
Love it on first use. I had another that had a very metallic taste. This one does not. It looks well made.It uses a lot of energy for sure. I'd recommend putting it in a room that needs to be heated while you are making the water. Also, probably best to pre-boil the water for 10ish minutes or so. This makes sure anything that is in the water that boils at a lower temperature than water will evaporate off. If you don't do this the boiled substance will likely just condense back into the finished product. No expert, but seems to make sense?
