try helpful product Product was was described a bit heavy but once you know how handle it very easy to work with , harness was a big help.

This worked great! Cut our pressure washing time in half or more. Not having to climb the ladder. Up and down, up and down.

Great for gutters and reaching two-story windows. Purchased because I wanted clips on the extension rods, not twist tighteners. I’m 70, 5’2” and 115 lbs and I could handle extending two rods, not all three because that was too much weight for me. Also had problems with the harness being too big because I’m so small. Ended up using the belt without the shoulder straps. I still give this 5 stars because I can take care of cleaning my gutters without hiring someone to do it.

Worked great to clean the second floor exterior of my 2900 sqft house. Came on time easy to use. Did not use the gutter attachment. It is heavy and will take you for a lil ride when in use with a strong pressure washer. This is expected with extension poles. As far a quality seems ok but time will tell.

Well made and once I figured out how to balance the wand with the pressure of the water, it was easy to use. First time user should avoid windows until they learn to control the weight and force this wand has when it’s washing.

This wand makes hard to reach place easy to clean. As a cooling tower professional I rely on good tools to make my job easy. We use these wands everyday and they hold up and get the job done. compact size, light weight

This is well made and has all of the pieces needed to connect. The metal housing is well built. I will say it is a beast to operate. I had some really sore biceps and shoulders when I was done.

Only dislike is it is hard to control when fully extended but that’s nature with so much leverage .. it cleans my 2 story very good and after one more time using it, it will pay for itself

great product. If using the gutter attachment you must use the harness and hook attachment on gutter and lean back in harness to prevent the attachment from spinning. I will see if I can convert that to a regular connection instead of quick connect. Overall very satisfied.

The company backed it's product with a free replacement when it was damaged in shipping. I received the replacement in a few days. Great product and a great company!
