Excellent product at a super reasonable price. All hardware and installation instructions made this an easy DIY project.

We have a pool w no rail & weirdly shaped steps. Now my 79 yr old Mom can get in & out of the pool w no problem. Love it. I installed it myself in an evening. Ready to go. The handrail cover was a nice addition that no one else had. Perfect for hot sun, keeps the rail usable. A couple of areas on the seam were missed when seeing but still a great addition. The drill bit worked fine, but after reading some reviews I used 2 smaller sizes to start the hole so it would be easier to keep alignment. It worked perfectly. Would but again.

Another review was right about the inadequate, included drill bit. I had other bits on hand to complete the installation. I would suggest that the manufacturer provide elongated holes to facilitate alignment in installation.

It is more difficult to take out in winter because it screws in the ground. Would be easier to slide in and out of holes.

The item provides safety for my pool in getting in with no safety issues in falling. The item was supplied with all the proper tools to install and the safety grip provides cool touch to the rail.

Fast shipment, customer service was very helpful. Handrail is good quality and easy to install. Screws into deck and is surprisingly sturdy.
