Important!!! Season properly for best pan ever. Watch several videos and don't cut corners. I repeated several applications of grapeseed oil on gas burner temperatures reached high 600's. Use less oil than you think you'll need!!! Heat until smoking completely stops. Check by viewing from side. Let pan cool and wipe down. Smoother than any pan. This pan IMHO is the perfect compromise between cast iron and  pans. Cleans easily by a wipe with a paper towel. If anything does stick, I clean with a little oil and coarse salt. Then wipe out and your good to go. It is still a bit heavy to " flip" items, but can be done. I also recommend getting a silicon grip both because handle can get hot and it makes the handle more comfortable in one's hand.

Overall, I am HIGHLY impressed with this skillet. I am very selective about my cook ware, chef's knives and accessories and this has become my go-to prized cooking unit when the portions are for 2-3 servings. Excellent value and quality here. Because VEVOR is a great brand, I should not have been surprised

This seasoned really fast compared to my smaller carbon steel pan from another company. Good heat distribution and it's becoming my most used pan lately.

It's beautiful and I just cooked a pound of bacon in it without the bacon curling up. Cooking bacon in a skillet will let you know how just how evenly it will cook.

I'm replacing my cast iron pans with these, carbon steel, they are so much lighter and they distributes heat evenly and season beautifully. I dislike nonstick and use these for making eggs they don't stick once the pan is seasoned.

Lightweight and easy to clean

Have wanted a carbon steel pan for some time. I have cast iron but it’s darned heavy. This pan works as well if not better, is much lighter and is very versatile. Admittedly I’d like a larger one, for 90% of my cooking this pan is awesome.

This is a great little pan. I got this to use as a camping pan. I think a nice pan is a worthwhile luxury when you're camping, I love my cast iron , it's a big improvement in comparison.

Works great! I have cooked steaks, chicken many combinations of vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts squash etc.) , eggs, sausage, bacon and English muffins in the week or so since I purchased this griddle. I have not cooked totally indoors since I purchased this item. I love it and my wife loves it because I make less mess in the kitchen :).
