I didn't like the hardware sent with the item. The bolts were not the easiest to use.

I gave five stars because I’m pretty mechanical and able to figure things out. However, the instructions provided are worthless. All they show is the completed handrail. No information is provided on what size masonry drill bite you’ll need. I used a 3/8” for the 10mm hold downs provided.Overall, it was very easy to install and put together. I like to sturdiness and the powder coating looks really good. I recommend this for stairs with three to four stair steps.

I want to use the phrase "we wonder what we ever did without it". Easy install, looks great, is rock solid and most importantly my parents can now go up and down on the stairs to their patio without holding on to the wall. Not sure why we didn't do this sooner. Better late then never.

If you buy this product, don't use the anchor bolts provided. The photo of 2 different bolts. Left is the one provided. Right is American. If you drill the holes too deep, the left bolt will mess you up. Otherwise, the rail seems solid.

Installed this for my elderly mom. It looks great and is very sturdy. Not flimsy like aluminum rails. It is also somewhat adjustable while you are putting it in position.

pretty easy to install with the proper tools - my aging mother needed to have installed to maintain independence.

This is a sturdy handrail. However I returned it because I ordered one that was too big for the space.
