We loved everything about this purchase. Quality product that’s easy to install, clear installation instructions, and provides you with everything you need to install it (even drill bits). All you need to provide is the drill. The handrail was much more sturdy than we thought it would be and my parents will be much safer going in and out of their house now. This gives me great peace of mind. Will definitely purchase again if the need arises.

Product well packaged. Comes with everything you need. Lag bolts to mount on wood and cement anchor bolts for installation on cement. Even includes the correct nut driver for the lag bolts and anchor bolts.

You do not need to drill any holes in metal, all holes are predrilled and tapped for the screws. The correct bit for drilling pilot holes in wood and the correct masonry bit for drilling into cement are both included.

The railing was easy to assemble, and very sturdy once installed.

My expectations were very low when my client wanted me to buy railing on Amazon. I found this to be the best aesthetic as well as looked to be the most durable through photos.

Overall very pleased! Drilling holes in the concrete was definitely the hardest part, And I even used a bit about half the size of the one furnished, to make a pilot hole. The rest was very easy. The rest was very easy. It is a nice looking addition to our churches front entrance.
