We bought this to replace an older one we had. It works great. Fast prep for slaw and carrots and potatoes for cooking. Great for salads, cheeses, anything you want to slice, dice or grate.

This is a beautiful piece of mechanical kitchen equipment. You have to be careful with your fingers though, because it is a one-sided chute. Your hand becomes the other side holding the food up against the cone blade as you turn the handle with the other hand. If you like danger, like when you barbecue, then this is for you. Just pay close attention to how near you get your hand to the cutting cone. It's not for kids to use. It made a good coleslaw.

Let's start with no instructions. So. A monkey can work it if the basic concept of rights tightly lefty loosey means anything to them. This thing is blindingly fast, and really, really sharp. The shreds go from tiny to large and slice sizes. I made a gallon of coleslaw in a matter of minutes. I was sad it went so quick tbh. It was too fun. So I made excuses to grate other things. Cheese for sure, but also garlic cloves,ginger, onions, bread loaves, potatoes, whatever I can actually. It's so fun and easy. Protip...semi freeze any soft cheese and curl your fingers as you do when using a knife. Trust me on that one, you will get carried away.

This baby is rock solid. I spent 4 hours sifting through videos while losing hope, finally deciding that I would have to spend some money for what I wanted. With no video, I took a chance with this one--no regrets! The blades are top quality. From my estimate, I anticipate them lasting a long time. The base is wide and sturdy. The entire unit itself is heavy as it should be--almost all metal. The handle turns as smooth as one could hope. The most impressive aspect of this device is that it doesn't emit that hollow plastic cup sound that I repeatedly heard in all of the review videos of other graters. This thing is silent. Spend the money! It's worth it!

This rotary grater is good. The grater body is very heavy duty and works great. Smooth bearings and the suction cups are good so far. But they do need to make the suction cups available for separate purchase just in case they wear out.The rotary cutters are made from 304 stainless steel which is exactly what I wanted as they will never rust and you can really scrub them clean.The only issue I have is with the cutting edges. 304 stainless steel just isn't great for a cutting edge. And they just aren't bent very well. Plus there is no common style cheese grater (big and small) attachment for it, and the fries cutter doesn't cut square fries. And they need the strain slicer for thin slices and thicker slices. Same for the crinkle cutter.In my opinion, they need to offer premium cutters. Even if they are available for seperate purchase. They need to make the body out of the 304 stainless steel, but then attach a higher quality stainless steel knife edges like 316 or 17-7 cutters that are better shaped, and offer more variety of cutters than just the ones they have. I would be willing to buy a premium slicer rotary cutter for even like $30 or $40 as long as it was razor sharp and had a much higher quality cutter.

Love this piece of equipment . I have grated so much cheese! I also grated potatoes. Piece of cake. Turns very smoothly and cleans up beautifully. Very impressed.
