Hose diameter is a touch small but i knew that going in. I would recommend it and I am probably going to get another one for myself.

My hose arrived minus the steel mounting plate and the hardware. Customer service gave me a bit of hassle over this and I never got the parts. The hose works fine and installed easily with the hardware I had on hand. Much easier for my wife to use.

It works great, but pretty premature to evaluate. Longevity will be the key. ; Needs to be installed on a substantial structure, I would not try and mount it to stucco siding unless it is securely attached to the building frame

Know your sizing before ordering, it’s a very nice hose and reel, but is smaller than I expected, nobody’s fault but my own, should have paid more attention, but it’s still a good buy and worth the price, not sure why I never receive any points for shopping with them, but pay attention to what you do

Used all summer without too many issues of kinking and rolls up nice. We have a long driveway and multiple garden this allows us to water easier and more often.

Awesome product. Install was easy and works like a charm. It replaces a big and bulky container and the fact that its off the floor and on the wall is so much better.

If you are someone who gardens like me, you NEED this hose. I used to hate dragging a 100 foot hose around my house. The worst part of it all was rolling it back up when I was done. Thank God for this product. I no longer have to roll a hose up anymore. This retractable hose does the dirty work for me. LITERALLY. It comes with a few different hose head options, they all work magnificently. It's so easy to hook up as well. You can either mount it or let it sit on the ground. The mounting part was such a breeze. Definitely a repurchase, if I ever need it!
