Arrived on time, and was a pretty easy install, though I hired a handyman to install it. He had it in the deck in about 20 minutes. All the parts such as screws, anchors, drill bit, and railing cover were all included. The only thing that was not good was the drill bit. It didn't fit his drill, but he did have the right size on his truck.I would suggest hiring someone to install it.......it makes life so much simpler when you have the right person for the job. Very pleased with my new railing, just waiting for the pool water to heat up a bit.

We are very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of our new pool handrail. All the necessary hardware was supplied. My husband was particularly fond of the base plate being nice and heavy and the nice geometric design. The Velcro protector is another perk! Unable to use enclosed drill bit that came with it because would not fit in our hammer drill.....was the only downside.DN Florida

Perfect for our in ground pool. Sturdy and not to hard to install. You will need an impact drill if your installing into concrete.

I love my pool rail. I had the pool service install the rail. All parts were there, it took them no time to install. I’m getting older so always safety first around a pool. I have two Rambunctious 11 year old grand children, it held up well. I did notice they would grab the rail to get out of pool to stabilize their run to the diving board. Would recommend.

Everything you need to have a secure safe entry and exit. Recommended.
