This is my 3rd grease gun. I've had one for 45+ years and it still works. But it leaks and doesn't have the pressure the newer 2 do. The Vevor gun has very strong pressure. I like that it came with an assortment of fittings for about any application you are likely to come up against. So far very good. Not too sure it will last 40 year, but that would put me over 100 years old, so who cares?

This review is for the \"updated heavy duty\" version of the tool. The grease tube body is made from steel and feels substantial and durable. The head where the hose and handle connect is aluminum and feels a lot less durable. I guess this was done to save weight, however an all steel tool would have been more sturdy. The grease gun works and doesn't leak much yet, but it doesn't feel like a tool that will last a long time. The price is reasonable, so if you need something quick and don't particularly care if it lasts forever, this may be worth a shot.

I don't normally need a grease gun in my everyday home handyman tasks, but when you need one and don't have it...that's a problem. So I picked this one up just to have on hand and it's already proven to be useful when I needed to grease up a boat lift mechanism that had run dry. This probably isn't the most high-quality grease-gun on the market but for the occasional use that it'll see from me, it's well worth the money.

Great selection of accessories to help you reach almost any fitting. Secure connections. Simple assembly and installation of grease cartridges. No complaints here...yet.

This was purchased to grease my riding lawn mower deck and front steering components. The compact size is great versus larger grease guns, especially from a storage perspective. Assembly instructions are somewhat vague in regard to which direction the grease cartridge should be inserted. It's relatively easy to figure out because it will only fit one way; but it can only be inserted into the chamber with both ends of the grease cartridge removed so it can be tricky. The end of the nozzle is somewhat tough to remove from the fitting when finished greasing, however, no excess grease seeped out at the connection point like others if have had. This was a pleasant surprise.

Build Quality: the grease gun is built like a tank - it feels heavy duty. The cylinder is thick and well built and includes a rubber gripper ring to aid in removing and reinstalling the internal grease cartridge. The handle is easy to operate with one hand. The connection tips include the standard zerk fitting, a double handled coupler, as well as a fine grease tip and other accessories. All in all, a very nice and complete kit for adding grease to bearings or to other industrial equipment. Is it the same quality as other high-end grease guns? No, but you often get what you pay for. Price: At the current price of ~$22.00 USD, this grease gun is well priced. It far exceeds the quality of some of the other similarly priced grease guns that I have used in the past.

I've used a few grease guns for my trailer, this one is really the biggest one I've used. Comes with a few different head attachments which is nice. Don't unscrew the head or the spring loaded nozzle will fall apart and it's difficult to put back together. The pump mechanism works well

1. The grip on the tube is good and allows comfort and confidence in not slipping. 2. The accessories seem useful, though I have not used them all yet. 3. The flexible hose requires a little assembly.. the spring side is the side that attaches to the grease gun. Then put the cap hold on the other end, then the fitting attachment. I would use a little Teflon tape. The manual notes on pg11: \"Step5: Install the required fittings as required as shown below.\" But you have to carefully review the image to see how to set up the flexible attachment. Overall, this works well, I would recommend, and the various attachments will help various application needs.

I chose this unit because it comes with a locking coupler. Everything works great as intended and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Worked wonderfully and came with more accessories than the Harbor Freight alternative.
