My only suggestion is to make the end of the spout system a 1/4" smaller in diameter. It just barely doesn't fit into an unleaded gas tank opening. As such, it will not move open the flapper valve, so you can not fill the car gas tank directly. Otherwise, great gas can!

No rust inside can appears to be coated inside. One tiny dent on one side(does not affect useability! Wish the cans would store more flatly! I live in Florida and these only get used during hurricane season and then they get emptied! So for storage until next season so it would be nice to have them flatter! Have not used them yet so I can't tell you how leak proof they are. I checked the sealing for tightness and seal is very tight (requires a little muscle to close which is a good thing. I don't believe there would ever be a leak problem! I only gave a 4 star because of the flatness and all seams are on the outside! I would buy these again when needed.

These gas cans are easy to fill and pour from. The only negative is that there is a slight leak from around the spout when pouring.

Yes, I realize it's 5 gallons but I didn't realize how big that is until I got it. That said, it's very nice quality. They did a good job on the seams and coating. Everything fits nice and tight.

A little disappointed. I like its durability but I had hoped the battery powered gas pump would fit into the opening once the nozzle was removed. I’m 68 years old and lifting a 5 gallon gas can full of fuel is beyond my capability. The pump won’t fit as the opening isn’t wide enough. I will probably advertise it on Facebook Marketplace to see if I can recoup some of my money. And I will keep looking.

This is a sturdy gas can. It is built to easily pour gasoline into vehicle. mower etc. It is a much nicer can than one you buy at retail stores. Highly recommend !
