This is a great item to put in your car and yell at cows with as you pass them (or other animals, I recommend shouting moo)

No instruction. Not very loud. I was lucky my buddy works on cars and installed the siren. It works enough for my needs.

It came with everything but the bracket to mount the box

Very loud. Great delivery time. However there were no instructions and I contacted seller and they never responded after the first reply I got. It is the 2 green wires that power the speaker. But after it gets water in it, it takes about 2 days for it to dry out and regain loudness. I am currently considering a second speaker to amplify the sound even more.
