The castor holes are not square to the ground. I thought this would be negative, but it actually acts like a stop for the seat-keeping it from rolling around. This will wear the bearings faster, but at this price still probably worth the price I paid. Once they go (expecting many years as I purchased it for light duty use) I’ll drill and retap straight, or get new casters which attach to the base—which is straight.The cheap plastic seat seemed disappointing at first, but once I sat on it, I was very surprised how nice it actually felt. I’ve not sat for hours, but so far I think it was a positive purchase.The best part about the entire seat is the piston. Solid, seems very well built. I’ve confidence it won’t let go and lose pressure.Not sure I would pay full price, but Vevor stuff goes on sale so often, pick it up on sale and you are good to go.

Very happy so far. Seems to be built well, easy to assemble. I had the an old roller stool, very basic like most of the ones sold at harbor frieght or tool stores. It broke the weld for the seat shaft. No idea what the long term reliability of this one will be but seems to be welded well.

I bought this for my husband. This is a very sturdy, useful stool that he can roll around on in the garage. He loves it! Would highly recommend!

Rolls easily and wheel breaks and larger style wheels a plus. Also makes a very good seat for guitar playing.
