I ordered 9 of the drainage trenches. Shipping estimated a few days and a box of 3 showed up in that time frame. Order and tracking info only showed one box. I emailed Vevor 2 or 3 times about the missing 6. Asking for an ETA for the missing 6. NEVER heard back!!!! They did finally send the other 6 with NO RESPONSE or Tracking numbers. Cost me another $200!!!! to have the guys come back out a 2nd time due to Vevor not letting me know where the missing 6 were or when I could possibly expect them. HORRIBLE customer service!!

Due to setbacks in building construction and now bad weather I have not yet installed the drain kit. However I think it will be just what I want when am able to get it in place.

Excellent in all ways. Quality, price, and shipping. The box store was asking about $100.00 more and I happen upon Vevor and got it within 4 or 5 days.

This is the only trench drain that I could find with stainless covers -- all the others have plastic or galvanized covers. Bought 3 sets, for a total of 9 pieces. The shipment was divided and arrived over 2 days, which was upsetting since only one tracking number was provided, instead of 3 tracking numbers. Overall a good purchase.Each piece is one meter (39"), for a total span with 3 sets of 29' - 3". They connect together nicely. Side outlet knockouts are small, about 2". In the end it didn't matter -- used hole saw to make all outlet openings. There is apparently no standard on drain pipe sizing. Every manufacturer has their own sizes. Only one bottom outlet is provided. It's at one end and is larger, about 3". End caps have both size knockouts.
