5 Starts and a great tool for the yard!
We have a new home and a lot that we had leveled and are starting fresh with grass seed. This tool is helping us prepare the yard for the seed and then we plan to use it again after the grass is growing to fill in any holes and gaps with more enriched soil.

Ease of Use
Easy to assemble in minutes. Rocklin Industry soil leveling rake so easy to use...my husband spread the product (Big Yellow Bag Sand/Compost) and I use this level rake to spread. Our neighbors where so impressed as they used a rake/broom method and took so much longer. I am not very strong nor young but it was like vacuuming the lawn. It spread the product into the ruts of our yard (new Lawn) without any issues. The unit is very well built and expect to use for many years to come. I highly recommend as we had No Issues with the product. Only negative is the price.

So well made!
I purchased the 48" rake, which comes with a 78" two-piece handle. As a retired engineer, I'm impressed by the overall sturdiness of the rake, everything from the heavier duty box tubing in the rake head to the tip of the handle. I really appreciate the neat welds and finishing. Assembly couldn't have been easier. The hinge bolt was substantial in size, clearance at the insertion holes was appropriate, and the attachment bracket was sturdy enough that I didn't bend it when drawing the nut tight on the bolt. The nuts! There are two, one at the attachment bracket and a smaller one on the bolt connecting the two handle sections. Both are nylon-lined lock nuts, so no washers and repetitive tightening. At almost 15 lbs, this rake is a bit heavier than I'd prefer if the rake were for me, but it was a late Christmas gift for my gardener, and he can handle the 48". My 73 years and short female stature would opt for the 30" model. We used this rake to level sand on my lumpy clay backyard and it did a great job. I may never use it again, but the gardener certainly will. Thank you, Rocklin, for building a product to be proud of.

For level lawns you need a LAWN LEVELER
Hello Lawn Fans, nice lawns are not by accident you have to work at them to be nice. If your into lawns you need a LAWN LEVELER by ROCKLIN INDUSTRY. Before I use the LEVELER I cut the grass as short as possible, I then aerate my lawn, you aerate spring and fall. After you aerate you buy SAND in bulk from a nursery. The purpose of the sand is to fill all the aeration holes with sand which will give you better drainage. Spread the sand over you entire lawn to about one inch in depth, after you spread the sand over the lawn you use the LEVELER to work the sand into the aeration holes. After the sand is spread evenly with the LEVELER you can top dress with grass seed and peat moss. Cheers RBRB Edmonds, WA

Works like a dream
We are starting over with our back yard lawn, and in doing so we are fixing the slope so water does not settle against the foundation of the house. This tool is great at helping see the surface from a distance allowing you to work and see whether or not the surface is level. It

Sturdy, Adjustable, and Efficient
I used this levelawn tool to even out the slope in my lawn. The handle has a comfortable cushion and the length of the head is both wide and long enough to avoid digging into the lawn. I appreciated that the pole has two sections that you can separate, if you don't need the extra length it's helpful to shorten the pole by removing one section. I will complain about the quality of the bolt and nut that held the poles together. After about an 1.5 hours of leveling, the jostling loosened the nut enough to make me lose the bolt and nut altogether. I would suggest anyone tighten their nuts before working and have a replacement on hand in case any misfortune comes your way. Overall, this is a superior levelawn with some features that make an otherwise arduous task somewhat more manageable.

Worth the price for the DIYer
Had about a hundred tons of recycled crushed concrete spread before the Horrow came. The 500 feet driveway is winding and the spreading of the gravel was uneven due it's grade. Attached this Horrow to my Jeep and it did a fantastic job leveling it out. I had plenty of room to swing it around and my drive ended on the county gravel road and turning around on it was not an issue. If your drive ends on to highway without room to swing around, you may have to repeatedly disconnect it to go back over your drive, This is a heavy duty tool and is worth the money for driveway maintenance.

Anything BUT a drag!!
This is a wonderful piece of equipment! It is heavy duty, easy to assemble, and I imagine with care, it will last a lifetime. It came well packaged in a solid box, and there was no shifting of the contents, and no tangling of the tines. Within an hour of hooking it up to the four-wheeler, my driveway was in perfect condition once again after the spring thaw, and all the ruts that had been left in the mud and gravel were leveled. Reversing the direction of the drag, I was able to use it on the lawn for aerating with a minimal amount of tearing up the grass. I live on sandy soil so it tends to tear up pretty easily anyway, but this didn't do very much damage to the lawn at all. Shipping was prompt; I ordered it on a Tuesday and receive it on Friday morning.

Great Implement!
The perfect unit for the job I used it for -- prepping grazing land for re-seeding. Roughed up the bare patches without damaging the existing grass.
