Nothing to dislike about this cutter. I put in a laminate floor before I decided on LVP and took each cut to the garage to cut, what a pain in the butt, this saved me days on the install of 1400sf and I had my wife do the cutting for me . I would never do this again without this cutter.

Recently did a Pergo Laminate floor in my condo in Florida. Had some friends who have done a couple of floors before come over and help. They absolutely loved the tool. It worked perfectly. It was more rugged than I expected. No mess no sawdust everywhere. Nice clean cuts. I am very impressed with the tool and am sure I am going to have to guard it closely/slap my name on it/put a tile tracker etc. as the word is out among my remodeling buddies.

Although vinyl flooring manufacturers will tell you it's easy to cut using a utility knife, it's not... This tool made our install so much easier! There were times when we had to cut a piece long-wise ourselves, but the time we saved cutting the short end with this tool was priceless! We are two 60 year old wanna be rehabbers! If we can do it, you can do it. The only thing I would suggest to the folks who make this is to extend the little lip that you hold the board against as you're cutting it. It should run the length of the cutter.

This product saved me a lot of time. Doing an upstairs room, I would have had to make a lot of trips outside to cut with the saw. This was fast and does not produce the fine sawdust like when using a saw. The cut will have a bevel sometimes, but it will end up under the molding anyway. I will never use a saw again to install laminate flooring except for a few custom cuts you may run into.

It is a good tool for a handy man. Works just fine. Bonus tools work just as the same. I just lost the handle of tapping block but still work. I just finished a room 2 more bigger room to go.
