Today received the box containing all the parts, the kit includes the pump, the timer controller, the power supply, the plastic hose, the net pots and the foam blocks. You only need seeds, water and nutrients. Assembly was very straightforward, the drawing was easy to follow and there were no broken or missing parts. Since the system sits a little low and I wanted to use a large water reservoir I had already planned to raise the PVC table. All the tubes are metric and it is not possible to find metric parts in North America, I had to improvise a little and use pipes to either go outside or inside of the original pipes. It was not difficult and the project was finished on the same day. The system is already running, there are no leaks or overflows, so far I am very happy. I will try to take some pictures. Similar systems are sold by varios sellers on Amazon, this one was the least expensive, I consider it a Best Buy.

Works well and pump is reliable. I have been using it for 4 months and the plants grow fast and are strong. I bought another one that twice as many because the first one worked so well.

No timer and no glue

I actually got this wonderful little hydroponic device from another place. Great Experiment so far. Only using the "General Hydroponics Flow Grow, Bloom & Micro Set" with it. Growth is amazing. I'm so shocked and happy with it.Where it could be better is the design and pipe size. #1, the pipe size is too small. I'm about 5 weeks and its getting all clogged up. Sure I'm trying Spinach, Lettuce, Basil and Cucumbers. Its basically done. Lettuce, Basil and Spinach were great. Not going to get any cucumbers though. There are a lot on the plant but the roots are so full and clogged its basically done. Overflowing water and even after thinning it out.I'm also going to try and reposition it for a 2nd batch in late Aug. -> Oct. Right now the Top is insane and the bottom with Lettuce and basil doesn't get enough sun. Going to try and rotate it to get another angle. Fun experiment this season. Will surely try it again and I'm going to make a much bigger system for next year! Worth a try and its fairly cheap.A little hard to get level. its VERY easy for the holes to not line up and overflow. Wasting a lot of grow formula this way.

Like.... growing veggies outside

This was so easy for me to set up. I had it up and running in an hour. For me. Being an older lady, this was perfect, as opposed to running around trying to find all those parts and drilling the holes myself. I think this is a good deal for someone like me wanting to try hydroponics. This system is good for smaller plants only, like lettuces, Spinach. Herbs. You will need a bigger set up for larger plants like tomatoes, peppers, however, you might do ok with dwarf varieties. I loved this system so much. I bought another, and plan on adding a few more.

It’s working great !

I thought this hydroponic rack was made well and easy to assemble. I would recommend that if you do buy this system that you have a soft head hammer to assemble. Makes assembly easier. Also, if you ever need to replace a section of pipe be aware that this was made in China and you won't be able to run down to your local hardware store and buy PVC that is the same size. Their pipe sizes are in centimeters.
