This is a great towel warmer, it heats and looks very good, I do like the timer option a lot. I bought 2 and installed one in each bathroom. Installation wasn't bad at all, as a matter of fact it was easier than expected. Assemble the 4 legs on the rack on the side, then put it against the wall in your desired position, level it and mark around each leg with a pencil. Place the rack on the side and you should have 4 circle marks, drill and place the anchors in the dead center of each circle, then secure the rack on the wall, it will fit like a charm. VEVOR surprised me with the quality of this product.

This is a good value. It is practically a necessity to keep your towels from getting stinky if you shower often. Even though I gave 5 stars there are some issues: This was obviously not designed for the US market but is being used here. The system to pass through the wire in the walls is not going to be code friendly, but I don't see it being a practical issue for hardwiring. Nice to not have a cord on the wall. The biggest issue is that the 4th leg in the wall is not secured. It will always be loose because there is nothing holding it in. There is no anchor system for that leg. The wire needs to be separate from the wall support to be done properly. But since you have 3 support points it is ok. When installing, I suggest using some real toggle bolt anchors instead of the flimsy plastic expansion anchors they give. That should make it solid. If you can get a stud on one side it is best.

I have installed one of these in my home and it works incredible however cost me a lot more than this company.. Great price, excellent value.

The product works great and looks great but:There is basically zero written instructions, the installation drawing are very primitive even for a seasoned handyman. Unless you’re good at measuring and leveling and doing some basic math; it will be a challenge. You really need more tools than just a drill and a screwdriver; I also used my laser, level, drill bits, and stud finder to make it perfectly level. I live in an apartment so my outlet is on the other wall by a door and my medicine cabinet so I couldn’t install it by there so I’ll be using extra wiring and a track to hide the wiring to reach the outlet. It’s definitely a project.

I think this is a must have in the bathroom to keep towels not only organized but clean, because if you let your wet bathing clothes, humidity will smell bad

Install was easy. Looks fabulous in my remodel bathroom. Heats up my towel while I take a shower. And dries them after. Love this towel rack!!!

Heats well and looks good. The on/off decal was blemished, but we needed to proceed with the hardwired install. Install was not too difficult, but not as easy as it could have been. The leg where the wire passes is not able to be secured well unless you have access inside the drywall, which you need anyway if you are to make the connections in an actual electrical box.

Received it fast. Box had some damage but not the towel warmer itself. I hard wired the installation. Instructions are minimal but can be figured out. Got the wired finish and matches OK with other brushed fixtures in the area.Functionally it warms up fairly fast. I usually set off the time about five before I shower and the towel is warm. We use It to hold two full size towels folded into thirds lengthwise. It would be nice if timer had more options than just 2 and 4 hours but having a timer at this price point is hard to find if at all. FIt of a cople mounting set screws could have been more precise but overall acceptable for the money. Had it for two weeks now and no problems so far. Can't say about the future
