it does work... gotta follow instructions... set at 320 setting... first pre-heat material for about 10 seconds... then add dtf and cover with butcher paper... do20 seconds... and voila! allow to cool to warm... massage DTF to materail if necessary... slowly and carefully roll back peel the dtf away... works beautiful... but DO NOT OVERCOOK... anything over ~45 seconds will start to cook DTF and fail... good luck :)

Works as should, easy to set up and easy to use! Overall I am very happy with my heat press. I cannot wait to explore more options!

I’ve been using this machine for a while now and it works amazing. I use it to make shirts for family and friends, the designs always come out perfect! And for the price that I got it was a steal. Definitely love my heat press!

It’s good for a beginner. It’s easy to use and setup. It’s pretty straightforward. The hat press doesn’t have a clamp so the hat creases because it can’t be pulled tight enough and stay tight enough without you holding it while you press it. The regular heat press for shirts works well. It can be adjusted well and I’ve figured it out. I usually have to press it a little longer than the vinyl says but I’m not sure if that’s the vinyl or the press. The cup press doesn’t work for water bottles or tumblers. But it would work for a mug. Overall it’s good. I’ve used it a bunch! I just wish the hat press part was better.

Can as described the cup presses ONLY do mugs and you will need separate machine for Tumblers also the mug presses are extremely sharp

Works great use it for hats too going to use it for cups too.

This is great. The price, the quality, everything. Takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it, it's amazing.
