Awesome product! Awesome customer service! I had a small issue with my new product upon arrival. Contacted the company's customer service and they where incredible. They helped me with my issue quickly and efficiently.The press works as promised and with ease. I love the fact that the outside does not get hot, so that you can't get burned.If I had a single complaint it is that the instructions have a lot of room for improvement. I watched several you tube videos and was able to figure out how to use the product.

Received this for a Christmas gift. I am in love. Best gift ever. Making T-shirts and all kinds of things.

I have been using it every day this week and I love it. I use it for vinyl transfers, pressing shirts, pressing seams, pressing fabrics, making bias tape, and adding stabilizer to fabric. No regrets so far. I have not tried the attachments yet.

Didn't receive a power cord and not having any luck on here finding a replacement cord. Bought off Amazon and they were not able to find one so only offered partial refund just for cord. Not happy

The instructions are not really great. I had to look on YouTube to find out how to work it.

The press arrived earlier than expected and was easy to set up and use right out of the box. I've made several shirts with it so far with no problems at all. I'm looking forward to trying all the attachments. PHaggerman

No instructions at all.

Come put together,. Easy to use. Just wish it lifted a little bit higher off the bottom mat. Other than that I'm happy with it.
