I’m so excited to receive my new induction cooktop. It is beautiful and I can’t wait to get it installed.

This is an excellent product. I am able to use both burners simultaneously without a problem. Will recommend it to friends and family.

I just installed the top and we have not use it that much. The first time I used it had problems I am using the lower left side burner but noticed top left and lower right burners are warm but center and top right is cool. This only happens once. When I touched the screen the burner comes on and touch and hold it the indicator or the zero shut down. If I had use that burner and want to shut it down the indicator I can’t until the burner is cool off. I hope that’s the design feature.

I purchased a stove top and wrongly put on the aluminum pot. Obviously it did work with the E0 error code shown. The technical support help me figure out the problems and also gave me back $30 for all the hassles I went through. The sales and technical support personal seems very reliable and responsible. I gave them high mark on that. Of cause the product works very well since after. It takes virtually seconds (less than a minutes) to boil a small pot of water for making oatmeal. I like the product very well. But remember the induction stove only work with steel based pots & pans. It doesn't work with aluminum based pans.

This cooktop is fabulous. I love how fast and efficient it cooks. Very easy to use. It is very quiet and doesn't buzz as nearly as load as many other induction cooktops I've had. The lock helps cleaning it thoroughly.

Wow! What an awesome cooktop. This is portable and plugs right into the wall. Needed to replace my 48” Jenn Air so I purchased a 36” 5 burner electric cooktop and a 12” 2 burner induction cooktop to fill the hole. I love it!!!

Great cooktop for the price, only complaint is it's a little loud other than that it's great for the price and hope it will last

Its been a month since installed and has work without any issues, easy to install and easy to use I hope it stays like that for long.
