A little more complicated than I expected, but getting easier with every use. Top quality product. Has everything needed. Would be nice to have more mold options.

I do a lot of shopping around for my job, I order this item for my personal use, It was the best price with the most features available online. I am a beginner at casting, I found this item to be easy to use and I had not issues melting silver and casting the jewelry I make. I am sure there are systems that you could get that would melt a more variety of metals. I recommend this one for anyone making jewelry.

My first pour with the 3kg Furnace was a bunch of scrap sterling. Once it heated up it would almost instantly melt the silver as I put it in the crucible. Used the big mold that comes with it and poured a nice 20oz sterling bar. Super easy to use, stays hot, temperature controls are really easy

I really liked how this kit came with everything I needed to get started melting aluminum. I've been wanting to try metal casting for awhile but was unsure of the learning curve and equipment required. I decided go give this kit a go as it looked like it had what I needed to get started.

I had a minor issue with my furnace. I contacted the company and within 24 hours they had the replacement part on the way! I have now been using this about twice a week with zero issues.

This is the best furnace for the money on the internet, I’ve used it three times now for Copper, Silver, and Lead. It has not disappointed me yet.

Had an issue with the first one, so they sent me a new one and it works great, excellent customer service.
