Great investment! Easy to work. Warms up the cheese really fast. Also, easy to clean!

The pump fell apart on me and I would like to buy some replacement ones. Does anyone know where a pump can be purchased?Machine works just fine. Pull the tub out and put some water in the bottom so it warms up and can heat the cheese or whatever product you put in there. Only need about 3/4 cup of water, if the tub floats, you have too much water in it. If you don't put water under the tub, it won't work properly

Not really easy to clean and does not heat the cheese very well.

Works great but not for what i tried to use it for. I tried to use it as a product dispenser. The product in particular was too thick. But it worked with a more fluid cream. One that is similar to nacho cheese. Definitely worth the buy
