A modern sleek look for a good price. I’ve never written a review before but decided to help everyone else out. First, I do like these and will be buying more for the back deck in the spring, the price is right!I pre-drilled with a jig I made and then tried to gently screw to make sure I didn’t over-tighten because these are hollow. In the pics you will see that I still did on a few. Then the pic with the bubble is after about a week… the bent metal caused the coating to separate.I was in a rush to get these up in a chaotic construction situation that is months behind schedule and now has to wait until spring to be finished. If I would have noticed ahead of time that the screw head shape was not what it should be I could have saved myself ruining some of these.I will replace the screws with flat backed ones next year and hand tighten to avoid over doing it.

The balusters are as expected and look great. However, the screws included were for countersunk use. The balusters do not accept that type of screw, as the heads would stick up. Had to spend the money to get 300 new truss head screws for the 150 balusters I bought. Just be aware of this if you buy these.

Thinner than expected but strong enough. Very easy to install

A few had chips out of the powder coat, but I bought more than needed. Good price and alternative to wood spindles. They look sharp. Put my screw gun on 10 so I wasn't crushing them.

So far so good. Look great. Extremely easy to install, hardest part is getting spindles even. Replacing rotten wood spindles.

Product was good for what we paid for compared to other companies cost. Screws were our only issue. We went out and got our own screws for project. They look nice once completed.

Items arrived safe. All screws were included. One minor issue is that one package only had 15 parts in there, so I am short one baluster. Still better pricing compared to what I would have paid at Home Depot for a similar item.

These were the right price, easy to install and made a HUGE difference in my deck. I would buy them again. I just gave 4 stars bc they are a little flimsier than i would have expected. But once installed they are really pretty great!

What I really des like is that my husband had to stop when placing rail 2 to go to the warehouse to buy screws. While send less screw when this should come with all screws included and at least one or two extras. Unbelievable
