I bought this faucet to go on a stainless steel sink in our workshop. The 12 inch faucet was too long for my sink and I needed an 8 inch item. I contacted customer support and told them I could not find an 8 inch replacement faucet that would fit. The problem was the connection to the faucet was the incorrect diameter. I asked for their help in finding one that would fit their faucet model. They went out of their way to get me one from China at no cost. I highly recommend this vendor.

Quality and pricing are very good . instructions leave a little to be desired . doesn't show washer placement well . if you are handy with home repairs , to shouldn't have a problem with the installation . works great so far !

Faucet and sprayers works perfect for our use!! We may purchase another unit for another sink in our church kitchen.
