Grinds up the meat as fast as I can load it. I also got a foot pedal to go with it.
This grinder works great! I’ve ground up like 80lbs of pork butt. I’ve made Italian sausage and breakfast sausage and Italian meatballs. Got a smaller and large grind plates besides the ones it came with. I would recommend getting a foot pedal if doing alone.
It’s a basic grinder if your going to do some minor grinding. The product is not of high quality material, very low end. If your going to really get into sausage making buy something else.
