Had the machine installed within 20 minutes, had ice 15 minutes later! had a little trouble with the first load of ice, but after adjusting the cube size no more trouble!

Good price and good product. It arrived quickly and in good condition. The drain pump worked EXACTLY to the height spec it claimed, and not one inch more, so we needed to retrofit a stronger drain pump to run it higher in the air. It works great and I am the envy of my friends and neighbors. I love having an ice maker in my home.

Ice maker arrived 3 days early. Very easy to install. Make first tray of ice in 45 minutes. Makes a tray every 18 minutes. Excellent product. Love it. Thanks from Kenny Canup

The product is great but the company uses fedex to ship,good luck getting it in one piece,mine was all dented up.
